The Diversity Barometer 2023 in English
We are happy to present the English version of the Diversity Barometer!
Now accessible for a much broader audience, the Diversity Barometer provides an annual status of gender diversity and gender equality across the entire Danish labour market, thereby creating the necessary overview of the data and knowledge needed to make sustainable decisions and ensure that any- and everyone, regardless of gender, has actual equal opportunities in the labour market.
The Diversity Barometer 2023 was developed in collaboration with Deloitte and focuses on equal representation and gender equality within five areas, namely 1) Career and education, 2) Working environment, 3) Labour market attachment, 4) Responsibility and management, and 5) Income and assets.
