At EQUALIS, we believe that data drives dialogue, and dialogue drives action. That is why we work to raise the level of knowledge about gender equality and diversity across all parts of the Danish labor market. Only through in-depth understanding of the challenges and mechanisms at play can we identify solutions that create real change toward a labor market where everyone, regardless of gender, has equal opportunities.
We contribute with knowledge about the advantages and gains of increased equality for individuals, businesses, and society by providing analyses in a specific Danish context.
EQUALIS focuses on the more subtle cultural and social barriers to equality by disseminating knowledge and fostering debate about such barriers. We do this by providing analyses and studies that spotlight, address, and make cultural and social barriers visible to identify solutions that can dismantle them.
We support companies, workplaces, and organizations' work on equality through knowledge and analyses that relate to how real change can be achieved in practice.
EQUALIS produces and curates knowledge within five main areas: parental leave, well-being, data-driven diversity, the future workforce, and equal opportunities for career development and leadership.
EQUALIS generates Danish-based knowledge and analyses in collaboration with our partners and on our own. Our goal is to fill knowledge gaps and build bridges to concrete action towards gender equality in the labor market.
