The Diversity Barometer 2025 focuses on equal representation and real gender equality within the following themes: 1) Education and Career, 2) Labor Market Attachment, 3) Work Environment, 4) Leadership and Responsibility, and 5) Income and Wealth.
For each theme, the barometer indicates with an index value how close we are to achieving gender parity or wether there is gender imbalance, where either women or men are overrepresented.
