With the launch of Denmark's first Diversity Barometer, the Think Tank EQUALIS, together with Deloitte and made possible by the Spar Nord Foundation, is executing on the vision of creating a comprehensive and authoritative data base that reveals the state of equality and gender diversity in the Danish labor market.
With more than 22 indicators - based on more than 126 figures from various statistical banks - gathered in one report, the goal is for the Diversity Barometer to become the place everyone will go when looking for figures and knowledge about the specific state of affairs in everything from top management to salary, assets and the psychological working environment.
The Diversity Barometer focuses on equal representation and genuine gender equality across five themes.
